Feature Requests

We are requesting to have the ability to pull in Location attributes into the overrides screen within Allocation Strategies. As I understand now, under Allocation Strategies we can only override recommended transfer orders to locations individually by checking or unchecking each location's 'Selected' box (1st screenshot). With a growing store fleet, we're beginning to evolve our strategies and this has begun to multiply the touch points when evaluating the assortment. Our team has identified attributes attached within each location. I would like for my team to have the ability to select or deselect locations based on the given attribute. But since I'm unable to add attributes to the overrides screen, it makes it difficult for the user to sort through each location to update. The second screenshot displays the ability to bring in attributes (from the Locations screen) and at least be able to sort the attribute column. That ability makes it much easier to group the stores and if the same access to attributes can be applied within the override screen, it would be a big unlock for our team. Thanks!

Would like the ability to use the metrics separators that are available for when metrics are run down the y-axis (to delineate sales versus inventory metrics, for example) and place the separators above the metrics to "group" them together when metrics are run across the x-axis. Would ideally want to be able to color code each separator with a different color for an additional visual cue between groups of metrics (I think we may already be able to do the color-coding using conditional formatting logic rules).

Right now the "First Choice Sale Date" pulls the date of its first sale amongst all selling channels. It's whichever channel sold the item first. We launch the same product on multiple platforms, but they could be weeks (or even months) apart depending on production delays. If we are in IP, we would like to be able to filter by selling channel, and have that "First Choice Sale Date" be reflective of the first sale date of that specific channel

Create a third presentation profile type, one that would have generic profiles for source and store. This would allow you to set minimums for the source location so you never allocate inventory when its too low.

Can you add the ability to filter out items that have a check mark (has been adopted) to help consolidate the view to items that have NOT been adopted?

Can we add filters to the "Recommended Purchase Orders" screen that allows us to isolate PO's by Style, Style-Color, User Created, & Notes (contains). Or add a view that better allows us to track what we have approved/issued/exported to our ERP by Category/Div/Dept/Item?

In Toolio excluding "Markdowns" are defined by excluding demand in transactions with any discounts (perm or promo). This excludes too many unit sales because of coupon and company promos that are constantly going on. Specifically this would exclude a lot of Full Price Sales Type sales that we would want to include because they are early life healthy sales. Can we change this to a exclude "Sales Type x" button?

Is there anyway to add the selected size curve exact % distribution to the Receipt Plan view? I assume it is similar to "ideal ownership" % distro, but not exact. I think that would be easier than going into Settings to review if the user has a question about the size scale.

When setting up a new SKU, it applies the sku equally by week. I wish we could provide a seasonality table that we could use for new SKUs so that we could have that "forecast" broken out using the seasonality. Or that you could identify the comp sku to use to match the seasonality to better spread the sales forecast across the weeks.
