Feature Requests

Problems: - No clear way to see or act on “stuck” imports. - When an import fails then auto resolves, history is not clearly represented as separate attempts. - Integrations grid has columns that don’t populate, reducing its usefulness. - Importers tab shows incorrect/weird column names on first load (UI glitch). Impact: Harder for IT/admins to monitor health of integrations, troubleshoot issues, and trust the import pipeline. Requested behavior: - Surface “stuck” imports (e.g., long running in Waiting/Processing) with ability to cancel/retry. - Show each import attempt as a separate row with its own status (Failed, Completed, Auto resolved, etc.). - Populate key integration columns (last run, last success, last error, status). - Fix Importers default view so column headers are correct on first render.

Problem: No visible “created at” (and ideally “created by / last modified”) for users and key configuration objects. Impact: Harder to do security audits, onboarding/offboarding checks, and admin reporting. Requested behavior: - Add “Created At” (and optionally “Created By / Last Modified / Last Modified By”) to: - Users - Roles - Time Frames - Other key admin objects - Make these fields visible in the UI and exportable.

Problem: Admins can’t easily find where to configure email notifications; once there, they can’t fully manage recipients; and the Active/Resolved alerts views don’t clearly reflect current status. Impact: Slower incident response, confusion during data issues, harder to keep notification lists clean as teams change. Requested behavior: - Clear, single place to configure email notifications (or very clear labeling between the two areas). - Full CRUD on recipient list (add/edit/remove) and fix non functional click behavior. - Auto resolved alerts should disappear from Active and appear only in Resolved, with clearer visual differentiation between the two tabs.

In MP see with let say 50% LY, 30% LLY, 20% LLLY, instead of an average.

It would be helpful to have an EOP metric where you could see all all the current established factors in the EOP Units formula: {bop_units} + {receipts_units} - {gross_sales_units} + {returns_units} + {transfer_receipts_units} + {adjustment_units} But remove the system generated receipts from the final calculation. When tracking future lost sales and in-stock condition forecasting it is tough to get a source of truth in Toolio for inventory forecasts without potential impact from system generated receipts that have yet to be issued/approved/created within the 'recomended Purchase order' section of AP.

We would like the blue flag to not appear on a cell indicating a value change if the first 2 decimal places have not changed at all.

Can you add the ability to filter an entire dashboard (all widgets) instead of having to apply filters to every single widget that is on a dashboard separately?

Need "yesterday" to appear within this time group list with the "pin" in order to have it show at the top along with last week.

Can you adjust the "expand all" feature to only expand the values that are group in a specific column vs expanding a global action that expands/collapses ALL grouped values across all columns in the report?
