📈 Edit Curves and Allocation Defaults with Tooli

What's new
Tooli can now change your Intelligence settings, not just read them. Ask for a weight to be fixed, a curve to be regenerated or a new curve to be set up, and Tooli writes the change straight back to Settings. Nothing lands until you approve it in the conversation. The same works from your own AI assistant connected through the Toolio MCP Server.
What you can do
  • Change a curve's settings:
Say something like "rename the Denim size curve to Denim FW26 and move its time frame to the last 26 weeks" and only that changes. Which products it covers, its partitions and everything else stay as they were.
  • Fix weights without leaving the conversation:
Change the size spread at one location, the weekly weights on a sales or launch curve, or a location's contribution on a location curve. "Set the Boston store's size spread on the Denim curve to S 20, M 35, L 30, XL 15" is one ask, not five edits.
  • Regenerate from current data:
Ask for a size, sales or location curve to be regenerated and Tooli queues it and tells you when the new weights are in.
  • Create a curve by describing it:
Say what the curve is for, which products it covers and the period it should learn from, for example "a dynamic size curve for women's denim over the last 52 weeks". Duplicate an existing size curve when you want a starting point, or convert a static one to dynamic. Price filters are in dollars, so "retail over $300" means over $300.
  • Delete what you no longer need:
Ask Tooli to remove the curves or rules you are done with, and it confirms with you first.
  • Manage allocation defaults:
Create or edit a rule, change the order rules are applied in, or apply one to your allocation plan.
  • Look up one location's weights:
Ask for a single location or size on a size curve instead of reading every row.
  • Ask from your own AI assistant:
Connect Toolio through the MCP Server and do the same from Claude or another AI assistant, alongside your other tools.
Why it helps
  • Fix a wrong weight the moment Tooli finds it, instead of writing it down and opening Settings later.
  • Set up curves for a new season in one conversation rather than one form at a time.
  • Tooli reports every row's values before and after the change, and the reason for any row it refused, so you can check the edit or put it back.
